Call to submit action
The Management Board of the Company under the name of Mostostal Kielce S.A. with headquarters in Kielce at ul. Ściegiennego 280, 25-116 Kielce (hereinafter the "Company") in connection with Art. 16 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), calls on all shareholders of the Company to submit their share documents for dematerialisation.
Share documents should be submitted to the Company's seat in Kielce at ul. Ściegiennego 280.
The submission of share documents in the Company takes place with a written confirmation issued to the shareholder.
