Provincial Road No. 263 runs through the Eastern Wielkopolska region, connecting Słupca and Dąbie. The main component of the project is to replace the existing 70-year-old bridge with a new structure. The new bridge is designed as a single-span, arched construction with a lower deck. The deck consists of a steel framework combined with a reinforced concrete slab, suspended from two steel arches. In addition to the demolition of the old bridge and the construction of the new one, the project will include the construction of a temporary pedestrian footbridge, the reconstruction of the telecommunication network and street lighting, as well as the construction and reconstruction of stormwater drainage systems. The new bridge will feature not only the roadway but also a sidewalk and a bike path.

Investment Information
The construction of a footbridge over the Bug River is a joint investment of three local governments - the municipalities of Drohiczyn and Korczew, and the Siemiatycze County, which have established the County and Municipal Association "Nad Bugiem" for its implementation.
The footbridge will connect Drohiczyn with Bużyska. Until now, crossing the river at this point has been possible during the summer season using a ferry, which is used by pedestrians, cyclists, and of course, drivers. The planned footbridge will serve pedestrians and cyclists and will significantly enhance the tourist attractions of the town. This project aligns with the efforts to develop transportation infrastructure and promote the tourist attractions of the Bug River.
The investment will be financed by a grant obtained from the government's Poland 2030 program, with co-financing from the local governments involved in this task.
The completion of the investment is planned for October 2025.

The provincial road No. 194 connects the northeastern outskirts of Poznań with Gniezno, where it intersects with the S5 expressway at two junctions. Previously, this route operated as national road No. 5, and its current designation came into effect upon the opening of the S5 expressway between the A2 motorway and Gniezno. Provincial road No. 194 plays a significant role in the transportation network of the Poznań agglomeration, connecting the city of Pobiedziska, which has nearly 10,000 inhabitants, with Poznań and Gniezno, as well as several large villages where the population is steadily increasing due to suburbanization.
The road practically runs parallel to railway line No. 353, connecting Poznań, Gniezno, Inowrocław, Toruń, Iława, and Olsztyn, which intersects with the Poznań Freight Bypass in Kobylanka. This bypass runs through the area of Ligowiec, under the railway line No. 353 and provincial road No. 194, non-intersecting, passing under viaducts. The viaduct along provincial road No. 194 is due for demolition and will be replaced by a new structure at the same location.
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027 program and from the budget of the Greater Poland Voivodeship self-government.
